- Verified copy of proof of ownership (e.g., registry, property documents). In the case of a tenant, a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the landlord on a stamp paper of Rs. 50/-.
- Verified copy of NADRA ID card.
- Copy of the nearby neighbor’s water bill. In case of an additional connection, a copy of the previous bill is required.
- In the case of multiple owners, legal authorization from the other owner(s).
